For outbound call centers

Keep calls connecting.
Stay compliant.

We run the systems an outbound floor depends on: dialers, SIP carriers, number reputation, calling-rule compliance and call QA. When something breaks at 2am, it's our problem, not yours.

US-facing teams · Philippines & worldwide · remote & on-site

01 — Sound familiar?

The problems that
don't throw errors.

Most outbound problems don't crash anything. Numbers get flagged, a carrier fails quietly, a rule isn't enforced, and the only symptom is that the leads "feel bad today."

01

Answer rate dropped, nobody knows why

Your numbers are getting labeled "Spam Likely." Nothing errors out. People just stop picking up, and the list or the agents get blamed first.

02

One carrier failing quietly

A route starts rejecting calls while the other routes keep the floor busy. Campaign averages hide it, so nobody gets an alert.

03

Calling rules on trust

Windows set by area code instead of where the lead actually lives, state rules nobody mapped, and DNC scrubs nobody can prove happened.

04

QA on a handful of calls

Supervisors can only listen to a few calls. Problems surface as complaints, not as data you can act on.

02 — What we run

The whole outbound
stack, owned.

We set it up, then we run it. Plain rules and code where the job is about whether a call should happen; AI only where the job is about language.

Dialers & PBX

VICIdial, Asterisk and FreePBX: setup, tuning, migration and day-to-day operation. Hosted platforms like Five9 too.

Carriers & SIP

Routing, failover, SBCs and DID management. Answer rate and SIP errors tracked per carrier, per hour, with alerts.

Number reputation

STIR/SHAKEN attestation, caller ID registration, spam-label monitoring and steady volume per number.

Calling-rule compliance

Windows by the lead's local time, state rules, DNC and reassigned-number checks, built into the dialer and logged.

QA on every call

Transcripts, scoring and summaries on every call, with a person reviewing what gets flagged.

CRM & reporting

Dialer-to-CRM sync, dispositions that match, and dashboards the floor actually checks.

03 — How we work

Audit. Fix.
Run.

Start small. The audit tells you what's costing you money or exposing you, before you commit to anything ongoing.

01 — Audit

Two weeks, fixed price

We measure answer rate by number and carrier, attestation, spam labels, abandon rate and calling-rule gaps. You get a scored report and a fix list.

02 — Fix

Highest impact first

We work through the list with your team, starting with what costs you the most calls or carries the most risk.

03 — Run

Monthly, owned

We watch carriers, numbers and compliance every day, and we own the fix when something breaks.

04 — Free checklist

20 checks.
One page.

Go through it with your team and be honest with the ticks. Anything you can't prove today is either money you're losing or a risk you're carrying.

  • Number reputation — attestation, registration, caller ID, volume per number
  • Carrier health — per-carrier answer rate, alerts, tested failover
  • Calling rules & consent — DNC, local-time windows, state rules, abandon rate
  • Data & ownership — dispositions, recordings, backups, one named owner

General information, not legal advice. Rules vary by state and change often.

05 — Questions

Before you
ask.

Do you only work with VICIdial?

No. VICIdial, Asterisk and FreePBX are where we go deepest, and we also work with hosted platforms like Five9. We start from what you already run.

Can you work with our current carrier and CRM?

Yes. We assess your existing setup first and change only what the audit shows is costing you calls or creating risk. No rip-and-replace.

Is this legal advice?

No. We build and run the technical controls: calling windows, DNC checks, logging and monitoring. Your counsel decides the policy those controls enforce.

Do you work with call centers in the Philippines?

Yes. Teams in the Philippines dialing US consumers face the same US rules, and we work remotely and on-site.

Tell us how you dial today. You'll get a considered reply from an engineer, not a sales sequence.
