These terms govern your use of zorqly.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

02What this site is — and is not

This website describes services we offer. It is marketing material, not an offer capable of acceptance. Nothing on it creates a contract, a quote, or a commitment to deliver anything.

Work only begins under a separate signed engagement — a statement of work, a managed services agreement, or a similar document. Where those terms conflict with this page, the signed engagement wins.

03Figures and examples on this site

Statistics, timeframes, savings and outcomes shown on this site are indicative and drawn from prior work or industry experience. They are illustrations, not promises, and your results will differ.

Specifically: uptime figures describe service level targets we work to under contract, not a guarantee offered to site visitors. Figures such as hours saved or tickets deflected are examples of what comparable projects have achieved. The operations panel shown on the home page is an illustration of a monitoring interface, not live telemetry. The capabilities listed in our capability index describe what we can build, not software sitting on a shelf ready to install.

Any commitment we make to you will be written into your engagement, with its own definitions, measurement method and remedies.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the site unlawfully, or to send anything unlawful, defamatory or malicious through our contact form;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure or any connected system;
  • scrape, mirror or systematically extract the site’s content for a competing service;
  • interfere with the site’s operation or its availability to others.

Security researchers acting in good faith are welcome — please read the disclosure terms on our security page before testing anything.

05Intellectual property

The site’s content, design, code and marks are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may view the site and print or download extracts for your own internal evaluation. You may not republish, sell or reuse the content commercially without our written permission.

Ownership of anything we build for you under an engagement is governed by that engagement, not by this page.

The site loads web fonts from a third party and links to external sites. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. A link is not an endorsement.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. Our capability index includes agents that operate in regulated areas; those are always deployed with a qualified professional in the approval path, and any output is a draft for a person to review — never a substitute for professional judgement.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
